CRM Marketing Executive

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team here at Warner Leisure Hotels.

About the role:
As part of the Performance Marketing team, the CRM Marketing Executive is responsible for the management, execution and performance of marketing activities via the CRM channel.
This role is crucial to achieving the key business objectives of increasing total guest base, building long-term loyalty and increasing guest lifetime value. 
Reporting to the Senior Channel Marketing Manager, this role is the specialist in CRM marketing, bringing expertise in how they effectively use the channel to achieve marketing goals. 

You will be responsible for:

Management, execution and performance of all marketing activity via CRM channels
Utilise the full range of CRM channels, including Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Social Media direct messaging, digital CRM and outbound phone calls to achieve the best possible outcome.

Collaborating with the Content team to develop a range of reusable templates and toolkits that are appropriate for CRM channels to reduce creative production overhead, and ensuring creative consistency.

Achieve a balance of 80% programme based and 20% campaign-based CRM activity, using workflow and automation functions within the tools. Reduce manual production wherever possible.

Analyse and optimise performance of all CRM activity and take actions to optimise performance within the campaign plan in order to achieve the guest goals and marketing objectives
Ensure effective guest journeys from marketing channels to the website, increasing the number of guests who book online

We are looking for:

Guest-lead marketing planning and execution

Knowledgeable of CRM channels, including, but not restricted to, email; social channels; direct mail and phone

Experience in working with customer data, including permissions, data protection, GDPR, segmentation

Experience of print design, production, and distribution

Able to manage budgets

Good analytics skills to analyse performance and KPIS
