The Purpose of the role:

We are looking for an Administrator, on a 3-6 month Fixed Term contract to join our Club Warner team. The role is to support with our loyalty scheme for our guests and be on hand to support the wider team with all administrative duties. You will have an eye for detail and love working at pace as the world of Warner is ever changing. 

What do we need you to do:

  • Communicate via email and using Microsoft teams with the contact centre team members, who would submit the emails into the Club Warner inbox.
  • Manage the Club Warner Inbox: Daily – At least 10-15 emails investigated and fixed including a response to the team member using the templates provided
  • Regular reporting back to the Club Warner team if any issues or queries are problematic
  • Weekly – ‘Exceptions’ files will be sent by the data hub and these must be checked 1 day a week
  • Create and provide a detailed live weekly status report covering all admin’ aspects of the Club, and share with the wider Club Warner management team
  • Use the following tool daily; Microsoft Teams, Basic knowledge of Excel, Sharepoint, Seaware, OLM
  • Be flexible in your approach and able to handle a high volume workload
