Housekeeping Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor to come and join our team.

Permanent Role

Salary / Hours: £24,960. per annum ( Based on a 40 hour contract)

 The Purpose of this Role:

To support the Housekeeping leaders to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are provided to our guests along with supporting and motivating the Housekeeping team to complete their duties. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

To ensure the correct personal presentation and dress code are reached.

To complete Housekeeping paperwork as necessary for each shift.

To ensure at commencement and finish of each shift that all keys are in appropriate place and signed for.

To note any guest request and requirements and ensure these are actioned.

To check allocated rooms ensuring that they reach the appropriate standards returning inspected rooms as necessary.

To report any maintenance faults.

To ensure that all employees are carrying out all tasks in accordance with the current health and safety regulations, manual handling and fire procedures laid down by the hotel.

To ensure all employees have completed allocated rooms before finishing the shift.

To ensure all employees have labelled and deposited lost property in the correct place.

To check all corridors, lift areas and service areas are free from obstructions.

To ensure public and employee areas reach required standards.

To ensure reception is fully informed at the end of shift.

To ensure Housekeeping areas are secure at all times.

To be flexible in duties and carry out any reasonable task as requested by the management team.

To be an ambassador of the hotel on and off duty. To adhere to Company policy and procedures at all times. To uphold the core values of the company.
