Spa Receptionist

Role Type:                  Permanent Role - Part time and Full Time hours available

Salary/Hours:             £20,321.60 based on 40 hours

We have a fantastic opportunity for a receptionist to come and join our Spa team here at the Runnymede on Thames, as the first point of contact you’ll give a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all spa members and guests; provide a fantastic customer experience face to face, on the telephone and by email.

Just a flavour of the role:-

Welcoming our guests and members into the Spa
Answering all requests and queries in a friendly yet professional manner
Being responsible for ensuring the Spa’s opening/closing procedures are completed correctly
Supporting the daily Spa operation
Handling beauty and indoor and outdoor activity bookings as and when required

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will excel at creating a fantastic customer experience for guests and a member whether that is face to face, on the telephone or by email, enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in their personal presentation and have a can-do attitude.  Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential as we will train and develop you. A flexible approach is required as this role will involve you working a mixture of shifts including weekends on a rotational basis.
