LOCATION: Studley Castle
To deliver the highest standards of cleanliness within the whole Hotel. Working closely with the Head of Facilities and other Managers to deliver an exceptionally well presented Hotel to our guests every day so that we can give our Guests a great time with memories that last a lifetime.
•For the delivery of the cleanliness for all areas, best practices, policies and procedures to ensure guest experience is delivered to standard each and every day.
•For the cleanliness of all guest areas within the Hotel.
•For the cleanliness of all guest and team accommodation within the Hotel.
•Ensure maintenance of all equipment is at the correct level and regular checks are carried out to ensure health and safety is maintained.
•Ensure daily plans are in place and work is carried out in the correct priority order.
•Ensure stockholding is appropriate and stock is regularly checked and managed.
•For delivering the accommodation brand standards and reporting maintenance requirements immediately.
•Understanding all relevant guest measures in order to continue to develop the highest standards.
•For the health and safety compliance of guest and team within the Hotel.
•Lead and be accountable for a safe and secure environment within the Housekeeping team, delivering relevant legislative and company health and safety requirements.
•Carry out regular checks on hazards, risks and all team are 100% trained in all relevant aspects of health and safety for their departments.
•Supports and implements Operational Excellence to deliver more effective and efficient ways of working.
•Continually challenges self and team to review productivity.
•Supports the recruitment of housekeeping team and that all new team have first 90 days induction and carryout all relevant training within appropriate timeframes.
•Coffee chats are carried out regularly with current team in order to retain and develop team to deliver the right standards and guest experience every time.
•Ensure all team are fully trained in order to carry out and use all equipment required to deliver exceptional standards.
•Carry out exit interviews as required.
•Holds regularly performance reviews, coaching and monitoring capability.
•Deliver regular team meetings to keep everyone up to date with all relevant targets and information to deliver to their best ability and also to recognise great performances.
•Delivers engagement and ENPS targets.
•Delivers team rotas a minimum of three weeks in advance and continually monitors to ensure right team, right place and right time to deliver guest experience.
•Encourage cross department collaboration within the Hotel.
•Carry out any other duties as requested.
•Manages budget and delivers within agreed targets.
•Delivers agreed guest targets.
•Delivers agreed team engagement and ENPS targets.
•Maintain close control of rosters.
•Maintain close control of stock and equipment.
•Collaborate and share best practice with all Warner Hotels.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
•Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team.
•Experience managing accommodation.
•Ability to deliver a consistent service and standards.
•Is able to motivate and inspire teams.
•Ability to plan, manage several team and projects and be well organised.
•Worked within a Hotel previously.
•Worked within Hospitality previously.
